1. Open the bot in DM

  1. Open Echo Tools
  2. Press Start or send /start
  3. Tap ➕ Add to group and pick your Telegram group / supergroup
The person who adds the bot becomes the guild owner (and first admin).

2. Confirm the guild is ready

After the bot joins, the group receives a ready message. Use /home in the group to open the hub.

3. Configure notify topic (optional)

If your group uses forum topics:
  1. /home → ⚙️ Settings
  2. ✏️ Change default topic
  3. Send a topic id, here for the current topic, or 0 / general for General
How to get topic ID?Simply click with right mouse button on any message in selected topic and select “Copy Message Link”. Link will have following format:t.me/c/<chat_id>/<topic_id>/<message_id>
OR if you want to use “General” channel topic ID is 1

4. Create a wallet list

  1. /home → 📋 Lists → ➕ Create list
  2. Send a list name
  3. Paste wallets or upload a file (or send skip for an empty list)
Supported formats: Text / .txt
.csv with headers address,remark .json
File upload max size: 5 MiB.

5. Create a rule

  1. /home → 📜 Rules → ➕ Create rule
  2. Reply with:

Example
→ if more than 15 wallets from list_a enter the same token within 5 minutes, notify the group.

Cancel any prompt

Send -1 to cancel an interactive reply.
