How to get topic ID?Simply click with right mouse button on any message in selected topic and select “Copy Message Link”. Link will have following format:t.me/c/<chat_id>/<topic_id>/<message_id>
OR if you want to use “General” channel topic ID is 1
Rules can override this with their own 🔔 Notify setting, or inherit the guild default.

Add admin

Send a Telegram user id, or reply to a message from the user you want to add.

Owner

The user who added Echo Tools to the group becomes owner automatically.

Cancel

Send -1 to cancel any settings prompt.
